¤  will confiscate land from the people who worked hard to buy it and maintain it;

¤  will take land use decisions away from those closest to the land, with the most knowledge of it, away from those who will bear the costs of failure, away from those who are accountable to the voters, and put in the hands of  "experts" who haven't been elected and have no accountability for the results of their decisions

¤  requires placing the interests of recreational users, trout and other wildlife above those of landowners

¤  turns landowners into serfs, required to plant approved seed mixes using approved methods, and prohibited from using their own judgment about how best to care for their land

¤  requires that the costs of the supposed benefits to the public at large be borne by individual landowners, who must escrow thousands of dollars to pay the fees of the "experts" who will decide what they can and cannot do with their land, and then live with whatever the results of those decisions might bring
